| We stayed at the same campsite in Alice Springs one more night. The guys wanted to go to a transportation museum, so they dropped us off at the Olive Pink Botanical Garden. It was hard to kill 2 hrs, so after 1/2 hr, we found a couch and waited it out. Quite comfortable in an air conditioned room with a coffee and cake. |

| When the guys picked us up two hours later, with an attempt to turn around in the parking lot, a pole hit our bumber and hurt it. We went back to the museum...they weren't done yet. Back at the campgrounds, a cockroach as big as my pinky, without the whiskers. Yuck. No Kodak moment for him. |

The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! That dip in the pool looks so refreshing!
